Culture festival

On Saturday the 23rd of November my school and a lot of other school's went to the Cultural festival at Rocket Park. The first performance that was performed at the Culture Festival was our school's Kapa Haka group they had opened the whole of the  Cultural festival. But then half way though the performance I had to go and get ready for my Cultural group which is the Nuiean group that is the 3rd group to perform on stage. When it was time for my group to Perform on stage me and the other 3 leaders had to go to the back of the crowd so we can call our chants that we had to call I was one of the leaders. After my performance I went to go and hang out with my friend Kylah and my cousins Jayla,Alexis,Biggie and my older cousin Jermiiah we all went to go and get 5$ Snow Cones. Then a few minutes later We had to go home because me and my little brother Memphys had eaten and performed. Thank you for reading my blog I hope you have a really good week blog you later.

Tread lightly

On Tuesday the 12th of November me and Room 7 went to the Tread lightly activity's . The Tread lightly activity's are when we find out what goes down the drain. So there are 3 activity's that we did The first activity that my group did first was we went looking around the whole school finding drains and how many drains there were in total. My groups 2nd activity was that we went to the tread lightly van and we figured out what goes in the wright place. For my groups last and final activity was in  the hall what we did in the hall was we saw what goes down the drain and how it goes down the drain. And the other activity that was also part of our groups 3rd one was that we had the VR glasses witch are vertural reality glasses are when you look through the glasses and see what is in a place or under something. What our group looked at are rubbish under water and how it is infecting our ocean. Blog you later.

The Start of a New Beginning

One day there was a Mummy turtle that had just layed a egg after the Mummy turtle had the egg she  dug a hole into the sand so the predators could not find the baby turtle. A few months later like in February the egg had finally hatched when the Mummy turtle found pout that the egg was hatched she left into the sea so the Turtle could live it's life.  Then when the Baby Turtle hatched into 20 pieces it's first thought was Its epic journey was only the beginning  so the Baby turtle went of to go and explore the new world he is in.

green week writing day 2 time traveller

One really damp day there was a man that was old and wet. The man was holding 3 clocks one in his bag one in his pocket and one standing straight. But suddenly he had heared a voice that said "If you could, would you go back and change time? Make a difference to our environment" Said the voice in a really loud voice. Then for a few minutes he thought for a moment "I would like to see what it would look like without all the rubbish. Where the man was It was all damp and muggy and his shoes were all soggy so he went bag home and dreamed about what it will look like in the future.

The deep by Persaies Writing task

One sunny day there was a man that loved going scuba diving in the sea water to explore the sea and sea animals. When the man got to the middle of the sea he felt Something was lurking beneath him that was Slimy,wrinkly. As soon as then man felt that he swam as fast as he could until he got to the top of the sea so when he got to the top he knew that he was safe at last.
